Rules and Regulations

The Notice of Rules and Regulations is a recorded document with Summit County that direct searches on the Recorder’s website to Hidden Cove’s website for the actual Rules and Regulations approved by the Association’s Board of Trustees.

The Rules and Regulations were adopted by the Board of Trustees on August 27, 2024 to amend, update and streamline the document titled The Building Regulations originally adopted on March 16, 1995.  It is the responsibility of each owner in Hidden Cove to read and adhere to the terms of the Rules and Regulations, especially if an owner anticipates making changes or improvements to their lot or their home’s exterior finishes.  Abiding by these Rules and Regulations maintain property values and make for a more harmonious neighborhood for all owners to enjoy.
