Pay Dues

HCOA members pay dues of $100 per lot once a year.

Dues payments cover association dues owed for the HCOA fiscal year which begins July 1 each year and ends June 30 each year.

Statements are emailed to HCOA members by July 1 of each year and include the total amount owed by each lot owner.  Emailed statements will be sent from our CPA’s address:  “name@carlincpa.com”.

  2. PayPal:  please add $3.29 to your total dues payment for the PayPal convenience fee.

  3. ACH Form: download and fill out the form.  Return to holly@carlincpa.com.  Free option.

  4. Zelle: available through most banks. If you choose to use this, use hiddencovepc@gmail.com to send payment. Free option.
