Pay Dues

HCOA members pay dues of $100 per lot once a year.

Dues payments cover association dues owed for the HCOA fiscal year which begins July 1 each year and ends June 30 each year.

Statements are emailed to HCOA members by July 1 of each year and include the total amount owed by each lot owner.  Emailed statements will be sent from our CPA’s address:  “”.

  2. ACH Form: download and fill out the form.  Return to  Free option.

  3. Zelle: available through most banks. If you choose to use this, use to send payment. Free option.
